The upgrade to the penthouse was a pleasant surprise.
Unfortunately, the experience at check-in was frustrating. We were initially charged for an early check-in despite arriving when our room was ready. Additionally, service at the restaurant felt overpriced and the staff seemed more focused on upselling than ensuring a comfortable stay.

The views are stunning, and the breakfast was delicious! However, the pool and jacuzzi could definitely use some cleaning up. Overall, a great place to unwind despite a few hiccups.

The local artwork displayed throughout the resort really added to the authentic Costa Rican vibe and created a unique atmosphere.
The sliding doors to the balcony were difficult to open and close, which detracted from our overall comfort.

missingWrote a review on 24 Octdirty bathroompoor service
i almost thought this place could redeem itself, but the dirty bathtub was a major letdown. i also couldn’t enjoy the jacuzzi because it was gross—what's the point? frankly, i expected swanky treatment due to my sophisticated taste, but the service was far too lax.

One simple answer, yes or no?
The staff was wonderful, with stunning views of the city from the spacious suite. Breakfast was very good, making mornings a delightful experience.
The AC didn’t work properly, and I found the room a little dirty—definitely not what I expected for the price.

missingWrote a review on 27 Septspectacular viewsloud music
The villa we stayed in had spectacular views of the
city, complemented by lovely big windows. Our experience was mostly positive, but the loud music from locals partying nearby was disruptive. The dining options were decent, though a bit pricey, and the hot tub could use a makeover.

The views were amazing, and the breakfast was delicious. I appreciated the helpful staff, especially Estefany and Alejandro. One morning, I sipped my coffee while overlooking the beautiful landscape, a moment that reminded me of home in Rome.
The pool and jacuzzi were not clean, which was disappointing. The sliding doors to the balcony were hard to manage, impacting the overall experience.
